I've always been treated with friendly respect . Wait time has never been more than 15 minutes once I get checked in and usually, about ten minutes. The North Country Pharmacy staff is efficient and friendly, also.

I have No idea who's leaveing these reviews I have 12 years experience in customer service relations and business and let me tell you if there was a rating bigger THAN 5 OUT OF 5 I'd give it incredible service! doctors ! Very professional love all you ladies thank you you all rock god bless !

Always taking new patients but can't accommodate the ones they have! 3 months out to make an appointment. Ridiculous. Had a ultrasound done, they expected me to come in to read it. You guessed it, they could get me in in three months! Unfortunately if anything is happening to me I go to the Er. They even chuckle when I tell them I go to Northern Country. Off to find a real DOCTOR!!

The front office staff is horrible, but my doctor is good.

I have been treated well. They take care of a lot of people in the area. It's nice to have an onsite pharmacy, and a multitude of services all under one roof. Wait times are reasonable, and I would recommend the clinic to anyone.

Awesomeness All around Dr Staff Are the Best

The front staff arent the greatest but overall, my two daughters and Myself are seen by Kathleen Burke at this office and i couldnt ask for better care. She trusts my judgment and listens to me... Shes wonderful with my children. The very first visit I felt like I knew her already shes awesome! One of her assistants, I never caught her name but im pretty sure shes hispanic, anyways she is the sweetest women ive ever met my children love these people in fact my two year old cries when we leave and thats saying something!

half star!! front office staff, if your in front not a great idea to slouch at your desk looking bored staring at the computer! sit up strait! dont bother calling! you will get a recording asking you to hold, then telling you how many people ahead of you, then it tells you their having system problems and disconnects. Unfortunatley I have to call because my address was put ihn wrong and my insurance information all wrong as well! UGHH

I have never had this many problem with the doctors and the staff. they never answer there phones and I have called for weeks.finally after I was admitted to the hospital twice in one week. for svt attacks something needs to be done about everything they are not doing over there.also they say we never received faxed information from the hospital. I went to the hospital received my own medical records. and brought them to them.took them 3 week to get a referral when I did their job for them.and now I have Neuralgia and need a referral and they will not return my phone call.Also I went and retrieved my medical records again. doing their job once again! I need help asap...........

Office staff is incompetent and inept.The computer and phone lines "are down" is a common mantra.No one needs the headaches that this medical office creates. you go to a medical facility to relieve headaches not create them.
