Wellness Within is home of Licensed Massage Therapists, Amy Lamb and Carly Puffinberger. We are a massage studio that specializes in eclectic massage & bodywork to address the physical maintenance needs of the working & retired community. Each therapy session is customized to fit each clients specific therapeutic needs after thorough assessment at the time of the appointment. Contemporary cupping methods & other integrative modalities are also applied to meet the specific physical, mental & spiritual needs of each client. We offer these quality complementary health services inside the Dahlgren Therapy, Health & Wellness Clinic. In addition to providing therapy inside the clinic, we offer hassle free Mobile Services to accommodate individual therapy sessions, spa parties & on-site chair massage for business/personal events. Travel regions include Fredericksburg, King George, Westmoreland County, Stafford, Caroline County, and beyond. Amy is certified in various modalities such as Contemporary Cupping by the International Cupping Therapy Association & has completed Infant Massage Education courses through Infant Massage USA. Other various massage modalities include but are not limited to Deep Tissue and Deep Pressure, Hot Stone Therapy, Sports Massage, Prenatal Massage and Medical Massage treatment. Carly is also skilled in various modalities such as Fibromyalgia, Prenatal Massage, Deep Tissue & Deep Pressure, Hot Stone Therapy, KineoseoTaping, Infant Massage Application and Medical Massage treatment.
