UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE

I would not recommend this packing company to my worst enemy! When they showed up in the morning there were only two women, both of which had a NASTY attitude. One of the women was allergic to cats (I have 3) and the other woman completed detested cats. After waiting outside for nearly an hour for their supervisor to show up, wasting time. The supervisor saw NOTHING wrong with our home and was quick to replace the one woman who was allergic to cats with a different woman. They packed slowly, finally bringing a 3rd woman in to help about a 1/3 of the way through. They were at my house from 8:50am til almost 5pm.

They packed some things, but otherwise refused to pack other items that were completely similar (example no batteries, but they packed the battery packs to the power drill and light. They wouldn't pack opened food, but they packed all the open spice containers) The packer in my kitchen would not remove my magnets off my refrigerator. I had to take them off and set them on the counter before she would even touch them. One of the women, her name is Teresa, she packed up my LIVE hermit crab in his crabitat. Then when we made her aware of what she did, you could tell she was extremely annoyed at the situation. It took her nearly 20 minutes to find which box she had packed the little guy away in. There were no apologies or even sad feelings for what she did.

This woman Teresa had no respect for my belongings. I have a very expensive guitar and she was going to pack it along with other items, THANKFULLY a different woman was willing to pack it separately in its own box, fully securing it so it will not get damaged. When I made a comment to the woman about packing my guitar separately, thanking her, Teresa got VERY ANNOYED.

At the end of the packing experience I had to tell Teresa to "get out of my house" I was done hearing her attitude. I was tired of her doing a half as* job and having no respect for me or the belongings in the house. She went outside and proceeded to get on her cell phone and you could hear her, plain as day, speaking to someone about this packing job. She was not at all being nice. Her unprofessionalism really made the packing/moving company look bad!

Bottom line... packing companies should ask their clients if they have cats. They should NOT send out employees who are allergic to cats, who are afraid of cats or who just don't like them to a person's house who has them. The level of professionalism was minimum and I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!
