        Overall

        $80 for a tire rotation??? I have been getting my oil changes and tire rotations here for several years now. The tire rotation was always about $24. Now they say it's an hour's labor... For a tire rotation. Yea. Right. It seems to me that this is something you should tell a regular customer BEFORE you charge them.

        Poor Service!!!!

        So I take my vehicle to get a estimate on repairs. I call them to get a copy of the estimate. which i had to pay 90.00 for. Its been two weeks and no copy of the esrimate. I call get ahold of jason the only guy in the plaxw that can handle estimates. and never get a call back. if u dont have it just say so
