AAA Heating And Air Conditioning

Beware this company! My rental manager hired these pirates to install a new AC in a rental house. They were tasked with installing a 3-ton unit. They install a 2-ton unit and billed us for a 3-ton. When I found the mistake. They claimed that they had been told to install a 2-ton and that they had "accidentally" sent an invoice for a 3-ton. No one told them to install a 2-ton and the owner doesn't want to fix his mistake. I'll probably have to sue them. I've never written a review about anything before. That tells you how bad this company is.

Luckily we did not have to choose AAA on our own. They were given to us by our home warranty company, and I would hope that they will never use them again. My AC was properly not working for a month. I had to call them numerous times to schedule for them to come out. They no showed I don't know how many times and never called me to tell me they weren't coming. They were rude, no customer service skills, and unreliable. They also ended up canceling my service request because they said I was the rude one! I have had to report them to the BBB, and I am letting everyone know to stay away from them. I ended up having to get another contractor out and forking out another $60. Turns out it was just the relay switch. Which AAA told me it was either the compressor or the fan, even though the 2 times they came they said "nothing was wrong with it". And when they cleaned a coil they never took it out to clean it! Highly disgusted with them and their work ethics!

this company is not worth your money... they had me waiting for a week and after a whole week I had to go with a different company because they failed to give me an appointment. On top of that, the technician they sent to find out what was wrong with my AC was not professional at all... on the phone the whole time and spent not more than 10 minutes.
