I was pulled over by Maui PD I received a ticket for driving without a license I signed the ticket and promise to appear when the officer returned back to his car he waved me on I told him I was going to turn at the nearest corner and park and wait for to license drivers to come get me as I did so he came on the horn that was very loud I stopped again he approached my vehicle and asked me if I wasf######g retarded stating that I should at least wait until he's gone to move my vehicle and then told me he didn't have time to babysit me all day however if he saw me driving again without a license he was going to arrest me immediately he had a few other choice words for me that were at least vulgar in nature this is no way I would expect to be treated by the people who are in a position to serving protect I intend to plea innocent and obtain counsel nobody should be treated that way by a public servant when I have yet not been charged or found guilty of anything the reason he actually stopped me was he said somebody reported me driving erratically on the highway therefore this is not true I was not driving erratically nor was I speeding I was stopped at a red light when he chose to pull me over a second officer went over a medium and came at me in a t-bone fashion between the two of them they told me to pull over on the other side of the intersection at Dairy Road and puunene after all was said and done and the officer was extremely rude and used ball Gerrity's asked me if I was f######g retarded I replied no sir I am NOT I then let him know that I was going to pull off of the highway as these two lanes merge into one this was not a safe spot to sit and wait for two drivers the side street I was going to turn on was 20 feet away a safe spot to wait for two drivers with valid license this is when he Rhia preached my vehicle and asked me if I was retarded or something and to f#####g at least wait until they leave before I take off on my ticket his vantage point was o/v out of view there's no way he could confessed to the fact that I was driving erratically if this was even true which its not I believe I was profiled the officers ID number appears on my ticket AZ 11869 the ticket was written on 92616 district 1 B 21 0910 it is my firm belief that nobody should be treated this way by a county or state official I intend to plead innocent and obtain counsel see you in court
