Stopped in for a fuse. Not only did they sell us the fuse, they helped us install it and made sure we were up and running!!! Really helpful !!

Great repair services. Called in the morning with a repair issue and they work me in right away and the prices was reasonable.

Place is horrible.. Need a part ASAP.. Called first thing in the morning.. Parts girl wasn't there ..left 3 messages finally someone picks up and tells me she's not in yet..( parts open at 8 it's 8:45) finally get a call back from her(8:45) Tells me part is not in stock..I then ask for a standard toilet floor seal..(99% of toilets use the same seal)...she puts me on hold after 10 minutes comes back and says.. We don't carry that either...so she is either the worst parts person on the planet or there parts department inventory is horrible... Either way avoid this place...

Stopped by to kick some tires while down on vacation, fell in love with a new 24’.  Jack gave me a great deal on my trade and even had someone help us move all our stuff out of the old one and into the new one.  Happy new owner!!  I wish I lived in the Key Largo so I could use them all the time.

Huge selection, the owner showed me over 15 different campers and took his time to explain all the features.  I’m coming back with the wife's approval

Friendly and professional.  Our RV has some miles on it and we decided on a last minute trip to the Keys.  The AC wend out somewhere around Homestead.  We stopped in just as they were getting ready to close and the owner and mechanic both stayed late and got us back on the road.  Life Saver!

We recently had an electrical problem in our RV. It took the technician three tries at $110 a visit to figure out the problem, and then it was suddenly easily resolved in a few minutes on the last visit, and nothing needed replacement. I didn't realize that we would be charged each time they didn't fix it. We were under a bit of a time constraint as well, since the refrigerator was one of the appliances that was down. In the middle of the problem we were told "they're on the way", only to show up three days later. The total bill was $450, and they left a broken panel sitting on the patio, which I repaired myself, lest I received another labor fee.



We are locals and support our local businesses, but this bill was truly excessive for the labor and time and minimal mileage involved.

Will not follow through with their word. Tell you what you want to hear then blow you off after they get your money.never again!!

JUNE 2014. GUESS THE new staff are just as bad. Took the family on vacation and our boat broke down. Took the boat in for a 110 dollar evaluation. next day and 8 hours later they are unable to find the problem and proceed to charge us labor on top of the diagnostic fee. Then we are met with unprofessional and rude service. Real class act company. Go to Mackey Marine for honest and trustworthy repairs. These people conduct themselves like the circus is in town. Slbean and Traveler78, the bad experiences you both had are truly unacceptable. We truly apologize for the lack of professionalism you received. The company has been in owner transition for the last year, and I can gladly say that the new owners of the company are now in complete control. We also replaced the entire staff. We have a new service manager with over 20 years of experience in this market, and among our technicians, a master tech with all the certifications and courses you can think of. We would greatly appreciate if you would give us another chance to make it wright. - Jack

Believe the bad reviews, DO NOT use these people!!!!! Do not buy, sell and definitely do not allow them to touch your stuff. Had our camper for 1 month, gave it back still broken, charged $65 diagnostic!!!

Do not use Holiday RV Service in Key Largo. They charged us $600+ to fix a problem, we spent 2 extra days, and the problem is still there. Very poor troubleshooting, analysis, and no integrity. Go with a mobile service....any mobile service except Holiday RV.
