Pilates Center teaches the authentic works of Joseph H. Pilates. We believe in providing our clients with exceptional teaching and all of our instructors are graduates of the certification program administered by Romana's Pilates, an organization exclusively devoted to the education of Pilates. We teach a variety of classes ranging from Private and Duet classes to Group classes. Our Introductory Package is important first step and affordable way to get started in Pilates. These classes are designed to provide you with a strong foundation as well as the core benefits of the Pilates system. Our clients range from 15 to over 80 years old, and we teach everyone from teenagers and moms to busy professionals and Baby Boomers. Whether you are a beginner or an accomplished athlete, or somewhere in between, come join us at Pilates Center by Bernadette. Your body and mind will appreciate it. Pilates Center is located in beautiful Key Biscayne, Florida.
