Went here instead of our regular place for a state vehicle inspection because we were in town. BIG mistake. The process took more than an hour. Staff never answered any questions and finally reported that the vehicle didn't pass because of a and sway bar linkage. This is not a viable cause for failure, according to State of Texas guidelines - which were confirmed subsequently by our private mechanic. The rude manager at Texaslibe interrupted our conversation to be hostile and then tried to tear our still currently valid inspection sticker from our windshield. This was the worst experience I've had to date when dealing with an inspection place. Too many other places in the area to give your money to. STAY AWAY!
