Well I can't believe the reviews.

I do business with these people all the time.

Obviously these other reviewers are not happy with anything they do in life.

If you come in with an attitude then you'll probably be treated the same.

When you need a quick loan, they will help you as much as they can.

I would recommend this shop to everyone I know!!!!!!

I wouldn't send my worst enemy here to buy or sell ANYTHING. I attempted to get a loan for a ring (appraised at $700) at this location. After eyeing it and me up with a look of disdain, the female clerk brought it over to who I can only assume was the manager. After a quick whispered conversation, I was informed that they could not offer me a cent for it. The merchandise in the store was overpriced (I was browsing while the sales associates were speaking). You can find better prices for new items at a retail location. If you want to be treated like something you would scrape off the bottom of your shoe, then this is the pawn shop for you.

I pawned a laptop for $100 in Oct.09 and paid ontime $20/mo. on it until March. Due to my mother's unexpected, ailing health I had to make a trip to Kansas. I called the pawn shop to pay off computer in full and asked them to ship for me if I pay the shipping/insur. fees. They said "NO" and when attempting to pay in full they deterred me from doing this because they didn't want to store the computer in their shop so I stated the possibility I may be able to make it into the shop in May so I followed their advice & didn't pay in full at that time. Due to all the activity surrounding me in Kansas I forgot to make the payment in April, so they telephoned me. I told them I would have to call them back with my debit card and when I did everyone was "too busy to accept the pymt". I made several telephone attempts from Kansas, although a paying customer I kept getting the run around and couldn't get anywhere. Employees informed me I need to speak with Roy, the owner, who already took it upon himself to put the computer on the shelf for retail sale. He was very rude and very unsympathetic and very unprofessional to say the least. I paid them $120 ontime, attempted to pay the $140 balance, all this for a$100 loan and now I don't have my computer for school. I will be going to the Better Business Burea, newspapers, and all internet resources to share Roy's "scam artist techniques"
