Have been renting a unit for over 3 years and everything has been great. Units are secure and well lit with security. Staff is always helpful and cordial. Allowed me to use there truck for free to move my items more than once. Top rating.

If I could give this company zero stars, I absolutely would. The women I've dealt with are BEYOND rude, no matter what your issue is. They also do not know how to do basic math and will try to rip you off at every opportunity. And I'm not talking a few dollars here and there... I'm talking entire months worth of unit rent. They are also constantly insisting I am behind on payments and I am forced to dig out receipts to prove I am in the right. They have done this to other people I know, as well. I despised doing any business with them and regret that I spent any of my hard earned money there. All in all, they have no concept of how to run a business. They never keep their records up to date and I've proven them wrong many times. If you MUST do business with them, I highly advise you to keep all receipts on hand and know exactly what you owe them because they will try to steal your money. Also, the units are not that great. My unit had a tarp for a ceiling and was infested with mice and bugs. I was truly grossed out every time I had to get into my unit for something because it was basically guaranteed I would encounter something disgusting.
