Ontrac

This company is terrible and doesn't even deserve 1 star.

I have had 2 encounters with ontrac, first time customer, and I will never allow anything to be shipped through this company again. The first interaction was a rather expensive piece of electronics.

First the package did not arrive on time as I had paid for, their excuse was they had the wrong address even though my shipping receipt clearly showed the correct address. When the package did arrive I was away and instead of putting the package out of site, which there are many places to do so on my porch they left it out facing the street where any passerby could have taken 10 seconds to walk over grab my order and walk away. On top of the careless placement it looked like the box had been through a tornado it was in such poor condition, luckily the hardware inside functioned properly.

The 2nd time I dealt with Ontrac I was sitting by my front window, 2nd floor, when I heard a vehicle come to a screeching halt in my driveway. This driver was going so fast when he pulled into my driveway that he slid about 6-8 ft and nearly hit my vehicle. He then got out and dropped a package with out making any attempt to see if anyone was home and yet again left the package out away from my door in plain view if the road. He then got in his van and sped off like a rocket through a residential neighborhood. I went down to collect the package only to find it was for an address 2 houses down the road, it was light out and the address numbers on the homes on my road are all very easy to see.

In the future I will go with a different shipping company even if it costs significantly more and if no other company is available I will just refuse to do business with any company that refuses to use another shipping company. I strongly recommend avoiding this business.

I wouldnt even pick a star... The company I have purchased from picked twice and it has been LATE and DAMAGED twice. Very annoying sitting here and waiting
