Kent RV

My neighbor told me to check out Kent RV, his nephew Jeff Hasness is employed there. Jeff was not there but was met at the door by Jim. I explained i was interested in a 5th wheel rv. He told me the only 5th wheel rv they had was a large toy hauler, which would require a bigger truck than I own. We proceeded to chat for over 20 minutes, in which I learned a great deal about rv's and which dealers to go to and which ones to avoid. Not once did he attempt to sell me something I didn't want, i.e. a conventional pull trailer. A very knowledgeable man! Thank you Jim!

We purchased our first rv through kent rv and they made the experience awesome. They were very knowledgeable and friendly, no pressure sales and had great deals. Once we purchased the coach they performed a detailed walk through of the coach, showing and explaining all the options and mechanics of our purchase. Needless to say When we drove off the lot we felt great about the purchase, we knew how to operate and maintain the equipment and felt that if we had any questions we could call at any time.

Just purchased a Used (2014) Travel Trailer from Jim, Donna, Jeff at Kent RV.

I must say we had a great experience with them and the process. We looked at their inventory first and then visited other dealers, once we were done at the other dealers it was clear that we would buy from Kent RV. The quality of their trailers was much nicer and cleaner than the other lots we went to, plus no loud music or balloons in the way of looking around.

The walk through we did with Jeff was great, he is like the rest of us that are in to our toys so he understands. He showed us everything as if we were buying a "New Trailer".

I feel you get back what you give, I was honest and firm on what I wanted and they were the same back. Huh who knew... if your nice and polite look at what you get back.

I will do business again with them when I need some new accy. for our new toy.

As first time trailer purchasers we've had nothing but an amazing experience!!!

We were going to go to another place to look at trailer, but my brother told us that you have to walk around with someone and have them let you in to every trailer, he said go to Kent RV for a no pressure sell.

We went to Kent RV and Jim sat with us and let us ask any question and told us anything and we never felt pressure to buy from them. He expressed a genuine concern that we get the right thing, even if it wasn't from them. It felt like we were getting real advice from a real RV owner.

After a few months, we returned and found the perfect trailer for us. From negotiation with Donna to the walk through with Jeff, we have had nothing other than a fabulous experience with Kent RV. I would recommend them a thousand times over. Thanks, Guys!!!

We bought our Jayco trailer a year ago and got the best customer service ever! They fixed all the small things that we pointed out and sent us off. We love our new trailer and now after a year of owning it, we expect things might need repairing, but we know we are responsible to fix them, as we bought a used trailer. I recommend all the time to my friends to check out Kent RV!

We are on the prowl. We stopped in and let them know our needs. They didn't have what we essentially want, however they showed us some motor homes in our price range. We liked them but we shall keep looking for now. Customer service was good. They let us look on our own, that's nice. It's raining today, they had umbrellas. We have kids, they gave us no gruff about that. Their motor homes were in great shape. Perhaps if we don't find what we want we will return. This place is worth the visit of you are shopping.

I've shopped at many RV Dealers to find the perfect RV for me. The people at Kent RV have been the most helpful and I found exactly what I wanted from them. I've had my trailer in three times for servicing and have been very pleased with the knowledge and way that these folks hold to their word on quality and completion of their work.

I have read other reviews on this business and I wonder if the customer was the real problem on their issues as I have been thoroughly satisfied with the work and the professionalism of this business.

I would recommend this RV Dealership to everyone as I have shopped at most of the RV Dealerships in this area for the last year and can say NO ONE CAN HOLD A CANDLE TO THESE PEOPLE!!!! THEY ARE GREAT!!!!!

After a bad repair experience elsewhere, I went to Kent RV even though it is a drive for me.

They did nice, competent work and did it on time and correctly.

Good people to deal with, too.

We have been dealing with Kent RV - formerly Watts RV - since the 1980s, and have had very good experiences with them. Dan is very honest and helpful, and his crew is the same. Had our trailer in for a bearing pack; the rear wheels heated up when traveling. I called Dan, he took it right in and Matt (the brake man) got right on it, replaced the drums and parts at NO labor charge. And this is their busy time, they gave us first priority. I was very impressed by their business ethic! Its running great now. We will always look to Kent RV first, when we buy another RV. This is a first-class dealership!

You made my dreams come true!

I bought a trailer from Kent RV and when I arrived home I couldn't get the refrigerator to relight when I plugged it in. They talked me through the process of relighting but it still didn't light, so they told me to come right down and they would diagnosis the problem. I went right down and a wire had jiggled loose on my way drive home. They fixed it at no charge to me and I was back home cooling the refrigerator so I could leave for camping the following morning. I'm glad I bought from a dealership that is honest and truly cares about my family and my trailer. Thank you Kent RV

I just wanted to recommend Kent RV. My experience has been outstanding and the knowledge of their shop people is great. I do know that one of the owner is not very pleasant to work with but I always make sure I speak with someone else and the experience have been good. The parts department is not large but they will help you find anything you need and make sure they can get it for you. I will continue to work with them on my need for supplies for my trailer. Again I would recommend this company to anyone for parts.
