Kitchen Remodeling
Project 1 New, enlarged kitchen and breakfast area and new powder room including a combination of corian and granite countertops, custom white raised-panel cabinetry and hardwood floors.

Entire master suite was gutted and transformed into a spacious, traditional bedroom with a fireplace and 16 feet of 5-panel french doors encompassing the entire back wall. The master bath is now an exquisite space including a steam shower and vessel bowls. All other bathrooms in the home were also renovated to complete the project.

Project 4 The new deck was uniquely designed using the property lines and unusual angles in the rear yard. The yard was relatively small so MGD designed the stairs to expand at the bottom to openly connect to the landscape. IPE decking and copper gutters and downspouts add definition to the white exterior.

Carpentry
This is very important. MGD uses our own employees for design and carpentry work. We also work with trusted sub-contractors when necessary that have been with us for many years.
Masonry
In any remodel project the beauty is in the details. In the family room, a cherry wood inlay borders the entire room. The client sought to create some visual interest on the home’s exterior so we cut into the façade and installed diamond shaped designs in the masonry adding a nice visual touch. The master suite has a two story bay window which helps to highlight the cathedral ceiling in the bedroom. MGD provided the homeowners a completely transformed residence that they could call all their own. The beauty of the design/build concept – one point of contact for design and execution – offered these homeowners flexibility and peace of mind.
