Villa Royale Apartments

I have lived at Villa Royale for 6 years. I love my apartment, it is very large, plenty of closet space, and very clean. I don't share a common hallway so it is nice to not hear noise and smell other peoples food and pets. There are not a lot of pets here. just a few.
Maintenance is always there the day I need something fixed, or the next day if I call late in the day. If it is an emergency, they come right out. My utilities are as expected, a little higher in the winter but not ridiculous. I had a drafty door, I called the office, and maintenance was here the same day to put new weather stripping on my door.
The new company CH Ventures does own it, but nothing much has changed except the fitness center is all fixed, the pool got new furniture, and they're remodeling apartments. the rent is higher on the new ones, but they just gave me the usual increase.
I love it here and I don't plan on moving out any time soon. If you want a very clean complex, great maintenance, and space galore, maybe you should come here too. I don't have much bad to say about the place.
