Woodland Green Apts

I have lived in many apartments in the Tri City area and this is the worst property I have ever rented from. On August 15th the property's maintenance man used his key to help himself into my apartment to take my $270. He quit the next day, there is a police report and he refuses to pick up his last check. KaTrina Morales "area manager" is under the impression that because he is no longer employed it is not her responsibility, although when he entered my apartment he was employed on the job and used their spare key. I see that they have posted beautiful pictures in need of renters. Here is the renters prospective. The pool looks refreshing but it will take 1 1/2 months to receive a copy of the pool key and once you finally receive one it will be locked to you losing "privlages. Bark is overflowing in my parking spot and there is no where for quests to park, and has been that way for months. Urine is often in the laundry room. Tires on residents cars are often let out. I could go on and on but let's just say I am patiently waiting for my lease to end

There are 4 of us in the 3 bed 1 1/2 bath, 2 kids and 2 adults. The first thing we noticed was how maintenance takes forever to fix anything. We waited for almost 2 years to have the lock on our bedroom window replaced after it just fell off just months after moving in. They finally cut a stick to use as a lock after 2 years. Now its almost been 3 years and still no lock. My toilet exploded and flooded my entire apartment and i couldnt get ahold of anyone for the emergency after hours help. Our neighbors upstairs complain about the noise we make outside during the day. The grounds are always cluttered with trash. The laundry room is always flooding.
