I used to frequent this coffee shop pretty much everyday. It was taken over by new owners and while their coffee is still pretty good and maybe even better, their customer service is severely lacking. Often when I go there, there are little if no customers and it still takes forever to get my order. One time I went through the drive thru and it was a good 2-3 minutes before someone even realized I was there (and this is after I went from the non responding speaker to the window where an employee took no notice of me!!)



I have to say that my once favorite place to get coffee has become a last resort when out to get a cup of joe!!
