        One simple word. Outstanding. I've been a customer for many years. This time I had them rekey three locks at my home. A technician came out, quickly evaluated my needs, made some suggestions that saved me money and got the job done in less than an hour. Very polite, very efficient. I can't say enough good about these people. They always come through for me.

        I don't agree with negative reviews. I have used Mounts a few times alway good service.

        A few years ago I was in hospital my wife got locked out of house .

        Mounts came to her rescue at 1am . She had no money to pay , the man who helped said ; no problem. Come in later to pay .

        That's customer service!!

        When I got locked out of my car, they made sure I had extra keys, so that I would have a way to get in. Gues what! I locked them into the house!
