I was initially drawn in by the low price for an adult hair cut, so I sat down and waited 20 minutes for the next stylist to become available. When I met the beautician I showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted. About 2 inches of layers on the bottom of my medium length hair, slight bangs that frame my face and please keep as much length as possible.

I walked out with an 80's shag that was at least 3 inches shorter than when I walked in. She ripped through my hair with a hard comb and about a half gallon of spray conditioner rather than washing it, and dried the front for about 20 seconds so that when I finished running errands, I had a wet spot on the back of my shirt from my dripping hair.

Waste of $17, will not return or recommend.
