Grandridge Dental

I visited this dentist and was very surprise, they were able to book me an emergency visit the same day and took care of my pain.I had a fear of dentist but I think I will stick with this one .Staff very courteous and greeted me as soon as I walked in .The assistant and hygienist were very gentle and caring.I took my teenagers there and they loved the dentist.GREAT JOB TO DR.MORGAN AND STAFF for the VERY GREAT service my teens and I received,Your office has become MY FAVORITE DENTISToffice because of the compassionate care I received.I will tell everyone I know that you guys are the best and refer them to you!!!!

The two stars are for the friendliness of the staff. They were very nice. The lack of any other stars is for the poor quality of information and time spent during the two appointments I went to. I felt like cattle being corralled in and out of my appt. Even on my very first appt the Dr. saw me for a total of maybe 3 minutes and thats being generous. They were trying to sell me on some laser therapy that I DO NOT need. They just put a big long typed out page in front of me and told me to read it. Then asked when I was done "do you want it?" It of course is an extra thing that insurance doesnt pay for. I asked the hygienist if she thought I needed it and she said "Im not sure but do you want it?" After asking my hygiene friend she said thats only for bad cases of periodontal disease. After a few other situations of them wanting to drill when the Dr. didn't even notice the tiny cavity on the x-ray at first.....Im taking my business elsewhere. I dont usually write reviews but am new in town and thought people should know.

Dr. Morgan is a wonderful, kind, caring person. He is fun, positive, upbeat, and truly a delight to be around. His staff is also great!
