Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The rental went pretty much as I expected. My problem was when I told the clerk I didn't want he extra insurance. He fast talked me and had me initial his tablet. I thought I was initialing for the cars condition and the amount of gas in the tank. when I returned the car I had to ask for the insurance to be removed.Of coarse it was my fault but what did he think when I showed him my proof of insurance.
I also rented a few days prior to this rental and I had to bring the car back early and was charged for two day when I returned the car 15-30 minutes past 24 hours. I was told by the clerk that drove me home she would look into it and call me. she never did. They also put on the insurance for the 2 days. not very good service. When you tell them what you want they don't listen and they don't follow up. Now I will have and explain the whole thing again.

New manager Cassie took my reservation over the phone for a particular amount and then tried to change it when I showed up. Terrible terrible new manager.
