Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I really hate to leave negative comments. I understand that service and food will not always be perfect. I also understand the workers will be busy at times. However, this time I have had quite enough. I have been having slight issues with this DQ for a few months now. It was not enough of a problem to write in to your corporation until now. I ordered a quesadilla tonight and I only got half of my food in the box. I received only two small onion rings and the only cheese I had was only on half of the tortilla. In fact, most of the cheese was glued to the bottom of the box. There were absolutely no vegetables in it like I ordered as well. The food box had a medium sized hole on the bottom and the salsa had come out of the plastic container and was spilling out of the hole. Also they had put the napkin on top of the quesadilla to where the top slice was inedible due to tissue being stuck in it even if I would have wanted to eat the food. They whole quesadilla was mashed together to where I couldn't pull the slices apart it had turned into a giant messy glob. I am quite frankly very disappointed because I could not eat the food. I might have tried to eat it if I was not in fear of contamination due to the hole in the box. Like I have previously stated, I hate to leave negative reviews/comments because I do not like risking getting the employees in trouble. However I thought this circumstance warranted concern. If this keeps happening I will feel obligated to warn my friends and family against going to this restaurant.
