Tolsdorf Oil Lube Express

Took my car in for a full service oil change and tire rotation. Oil change was $35, whatever, I didn't have a lot of time. They didn't clean my windshield or vacuum my car and they stole change out of the ash tray.



I'll take my car back to Midas from now on, cheaper oil change, free tire rotation and they won't steal from you.

I will never go again. Went to one in Phoenixville, Joe was the one who waited on me. Had oil and dirt all over his gloves, took my air filter out and got oil and dirt all over it and wanted me to purchase a new one. Thanks, I work on cars, and these guys are big scam artists. Also, Joe was twirling around my oil dip stick while talking to another customer and dropped it on the salt covered ground because it just snowed, then put it back in my car. Did not vacuum my car, and got oil all over my paint job, and door gandle. Tried looking for human resources and or corporate complaint phone number, but it is nowhere to be found on the internet. Surprise surprise. I am warning everyone to never go here, If I want extra stuff done to my car, I'll either work on it myself, or take it to real mecganics, just change my Damn oil and don't get it all over my car and play wizard with my oil dipstick.

F*ck what those other people said. I got awesome service and some of the workers were sexy! Except the guy named Bret..... he was okay...

Took my car in for a simple oil change. They were unable to reconnect a bolt attaching a protective plate on the undercarriage. They handed me the bolt separately when they returned the car. I have had the oil changed on this car approximately 60 times at various shops. This is the only shop where this problem has ever occurred. When I stated my dissatisfaction, the manager became argumentative.



Don't take your car here even for a simple oil change unless you want them to take it apart and hand you the "extra" parts (along with a bill).

I can understand wanting the comany to have a good reputation and reviews but what i'm not understanding is how the manager is potraying himself on the job. I too recently took a trip into Tolsdorf and Mr. Brown was VERY friendly. Does the Kennett Square office need to flirt with women in order to have customers return. It's very disrespectful to us women and his wife. Sounds like a lot of drama for the business places. Wives, "young girlfriends"....
