Longwood Cemetery

I have been trying to call this phone # (610-388-7165) for over two weeks to talk to a human being. So far NO Luck! Almost every time you call this phone #, you get a male's voice that states he can't come to the phone now, but please call back. Only 1 time that I called that I was able to leave a message. I received a call back @ 9:30 at night, when I was in bed. Thanks goodness I'm not in a hurry to purchase a plot and NO ONE has died that I need to bury quickly, because this customer service is horrible. I don't even know when I will get to make actual contact with them to see plots and make a purchase. If anyone is out there listening or checking these reviews, perhaps its time to replace the contact people???
