Spirit Delivery & Distribution

This company deserves 0 stars but that’s not an option. We’ve been almost a month without a refrigerator after being told several times they couldn’t “locate” our fridge in their warehouse. They keep pushing back the delivery window and Home Depot has been completely unhelpful with the issue. They try to get it taken care of and can’t even reach Spirit. It took 20 mins of calling wrong numbers before I could find the correct number to even reach them. Asked if we could just come get the fridge ourselves, they said no! We can’t even come pick up our own property! WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER.

Missed their delivery day & window before finally communicating back to us 48 hours later to reschedule. Gave them availability to reschedule and the day of they finally remembered to call us and cancel. Rescheduled again and still waiting. WORST EXPERIENCE. I will not be making any purchase from a company that uses their services including Home Depot.

Please avoid this group at all cost. We have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Spirit Delivery as they were contracted by Home Depot to deliver our refrigerator. We are now going on nearly two weeks without a refrigerator due to various excuses given by Spirit Delivery. First they would not deliver because it was raining. They rescheduled the delivery for eight days later. That was yesterday and when they arrived the driver had difficulty locating parking on our street. The driver told his dispatch that a police officer told him to move. This is patently false as we know the police officer and spoke with him. The driver left and did not return--even after the police officer volunteered to block traffic so the delivery could be made if necessary. Communication with Spirit Delivery has been an absolute nightmare.

This review concerns the delivery of our new dishwasher by Tyrone and Danny, who were in truck number 1472; They were both very professional and were on time at our house, They installed our new dishwasher and everything seemed right when they left, however, it was over an hour later that I discovered power to our Florida Room directly behind the dishwasher had been cut off. I called back and Danny offered to come back to our house on Sunday morning, his only day off, to fix the problem, and I felt this was a kind thing to offer, and I did not want them to have to drive back to Carrollton on a busy Saturday, so I agreed, and Danny arrived when he said he would, and he found the problem right away. Few people go out of their way to help these days, but Danny went way out of his way to make sure our problem was fixed, I make a habit of praising when it is due, and I want all to know about the actions of this man and his company, I would recommend them to anyone, because they do what the say, when the say they will. So, thank you Danny for following up, for being the professional you are and just so your company knows, I will be recommending them to Home Depot for their excellent service,
