The gentleman who runs the business is very friendly and helpful. It is a pleasure to do business with him.

I am disappointed in the service. I have been a long time customer and send a few hundred dollars a year uses various services (shipping, faxes, packing supplies etc ) I called to ask a simple question about the up charges for shipping packages and instead of getting the details to make an informed decision the response was "yes, we up charge or we would go out of business" no follow up and in a rude short tone. I am all about supporting local businesses and have been at this store for years. Over that past few years I have seen a decline in service since there has been a obvious shift in who is managing the store. I will look for an alternative place to ship packages from.
