Spoke with a salesman named Colby on the phone about trading my Triumph for another they have in stock. 6 conversations that week. Sent photos of my Triumph showing mileage. Sent my payoff info. Filled out their credit application. Colby spoke with his finance mgr. Reached a agreement. I was to pay ZERO $ down. I live 300 miles away from this dealer so I did everything in my power to have a fair and honest transaction setup. Saturday I was bringing my Triumph in to complete the deal I called Colby when I was 150 miles away to be sure we had a deal and all would be handled promptly, professionally & honestly.
When I arrived I was greeted and soon introduced to the manager that informed me I would need to pay $3000.00 down to complete this trade. My 2013 Rocket Touring III for a 2013 Thruxton. Colby my salesman was either incompetent, an idiot or part of this attempt at dishonest dealing. No apologies given for 3.5 hrs I had invested driving there to be insulted. I left and drove 3.5 hours back home on my Triumph. As a loyal Triumph owner of 3 other Triumphs I share this experience with anyone else who may be foolish enough to trust this dealer's employees in any transaction

Great Experience! I had been looking for a Can Am Spyder for a couple of years and found one I was interested in online at Freedom Powersports in Kennesaw. My husband was working and could not go with me so he and Tyler spent the entire morning talking on the phone and by the time I got to the dealership, the deal was pretty much done. Tyler, Patrick and the guy at the parts counter (I regret I did not get his name) could not have been any more courteous. They were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and PATIENT in going over the vehicle and answering my questions. After leaving the dealership we had to call back and again Tyler was more than helpful in explaining how to get us on our way again. Overall a wonderful buying experience. So, even though we have a Can Am dealer in my city, I expect we will be driving the 80 miles to Kennesaw for accessories, service and maintenance. Thanks again guys!
