I star The rating is a direct reflection of the staff's hostile disposition towards the guests and. a palatable disgust for their jobs. The staff loathes being there and it shows! When I refer to staff I mean the management team of Judy the manager and her assistant. I moved in to The Efficiency Lodge on June 6,2016. I was working at the new Braves Stadium. It would either freeze everything or not keep anything cool at all. I was not late on rent except for the final week and I was accessed a $20 late fee. I was unable to pay for an addition week. I did not inform the "Staff" until Monday the day rent is due...they charged me for an additional day.I left my door open so they could monitor my progress , but in the end they called the police after I had. finished moving out my belongings and had the police issue a no trespass warning...unbelievable!!!

I stayed here for 3 weeks recently. I am fairly impressed with the business. The people are friendly, area quiet (except for a couple of dogs barked). The room was mostly clean although I did find (what appeared to be) a bloodstain on the edge of the box spring and the mattress just slid over to cover it. The only frustration was that the 'free' wi-fi was out more than it functioned--and they advertise that on the sign.
