LKQ Kennedale

I ordered a transfer case for my 2007 Chevy. Was told it was a 3-4 day shipping time. I've had to call repeatedly to be advised on the process. My salesman did not call me. Today is day 7, I finally get a call to say my shipment was on a truck that broke down. It was transferred to another truck. It finally made it to its destination only to find out it was tagged incorrectly. Now I'm told it will be another 3-4 days before I receive my part. Mean while, I must continue to pay my rental car because this company is VERY incompetent on doing what they advertise they can do. (I could have bought a new part with the money I have spent on a rental car by now) This company is Eager to get your money however not eager to see the transaction thru. VERY DISATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!!!! I will not be a repeat customer.
