Pizza Hut

Service is terrible. You have to eat off paper plates and plastic cups. The pizza is dry and old and cut into 1 inch slices. Over priced lunch buffet compared to every other Pizza hut I have eaten at. Cant get off the phone lobg enough to check you out. When I pay $45 to eat lunch for 4 people I dont want paper plates and plastic forks.

We ordered, got our drink, and a salad...30-45 minutes later, we were told our order would not be out until an hour and a half later, due to an overload of in-call orders. On top of that, there was no sugar or silverware handed out (had to ask), and our 3 kiddos were hungry. Why could they not have told us that before our order was placed?! Needless to say, we went somewhere else for dinner, and probably will not be going back to the Kenedy Pizza Hut.

Not only does the service suck, but it takes you 20 min. standing in line to pay your bill if your lucky.
