Touchstone Imaging Keller

Incredibly unprofessional and frankly medically irresponsible. I received an impersonal text Friday, midday, stating Fossil Creek was having problems with their imaging equipment and I should expect to be notified as to whether or not the facility would be able to see me Monday at my scheduled appointment.

Of course, I received no further communication.

I phoned Monday after the facility had been opened for over an hour and was informed that some of their systems were working and some were not, even the phone line I was calling on was not working correctly?

At that point, I canceled the appointment that I wasn't sure was still even scheduled.

If this had been an appointment for my nails to be done, or maybe a haircut, that type of customer service, while unacceptable, is sometimes the best that's offered.

Unfortunately, this appointment wasn't scheduled for fun.

On Friday, when Touchstone Imaging first decided there was a potential for canceling an appointment 3 days in advance, the only acceptable contact from these people would have been an actual human being providing their patient with options.

Not an informal phone message, and certainly not a text.

How dare Touchstone Imaging, Fossil Creek, be so casual and last minute with whether or not I receive the medical treatment I need!

I have been going to Touchstone in Keller, Tx. for years for my mammograms (before it was even Touchstone) and never had any issues. Two weeks ago my husband had to get an MRI and so we chose Touchstone. We waited over an hour with the receptionist constantly telling us the technician was running behind. Ok, no problem. We understand that can happen. However, I just went in today for an MRI for myself and after waiting over an hour, was told the machine turned off for no reason. Folks, this is a scheduling issue! Once maybe no problem, but twice, a problem. I will no longer go here and will transfer all my records somewhere where I don't waste my time sitting.

They were courteous and kind. They showed exceptional knowledge and professionalism. Also had good experience at Touchstone in Hurst, TX. I had a CT myelogram done and they made it as painless as they could. Highly recommend!
