Samantha Springs

I am concerned about all the fracking they are doing around Keller seems to me like water coming from a spring surrounded by companies pumping chemicals into the ground couldn't be good. They tried to double bill my company, so I cancelled the service and they sent a rude guy to repossess the water I paid for.

They offered a free trial and then went to my apartment to pick it up without even letting me know ,when I called back to have the service again they said they didn't deliver to apartments ,when the sale person had told me they were the only company that delivered to apartments , any way the water was good but customer service I did not like at all.

I love Samantha Springs. They have excellent water quality, great prices and always remind me about deliveries. Whenever I call them for, I get connected right away with no hold time at all. I have always received a prompt response from these guys. Highly recommended.
