        Custom Decorated Sweatshirt

        I ordered a sweatshirt 9 days ago, I was promised it would be done in a few days. To date no communication from store, I probably made a mistake by prepaying for it. Also, I have tried calling twice and no answer. I'll up date this review if and when I am able to pickup the sweatshirt.

        The lady who works/owns the store has been less than friendly when I have visited the store. She makes me feel like I am a bother to her and am wasting her time. I had referred people to the store in the past for names on soccer jerseys, etc but will never again. Customer service is very important in today's tight economy if you want someone's business.
