Wings Over Kaufman

I love the Wicked Chicken-it is the "best sandwich in the world!" Excellent wings and burgers. The soft tacos (very stuffed) are outstanding with carmelized onions. I've stopped by for lunch and dinner every time I pass thru Kaufman.

Unlike the Seagoville location, which is extremely good, this location's food appears to come from a completely different source... not to mention the preparation procedures. The room is hot, the fried side orders taste like old, stale grease and the service is incredibly lacking. The fired pickles literally made my sick and the Hot Hen sandwich was more like a road kill chicken on unleavened bread. Thumbs down. Be afraid, be very afraid... drive to Seagoville.
