Mr. Bill is great! He helped me without being overly helpful. I went in knowing what I wanted and he kindly helped.

My feeling is Business policy is not customer friendly. Ordered items, wanted refund with in 24 hours of placing order for 1 item, Delivery is not scheduled.which has a 6week minimum delivery time, not in stock with these people, They refused to refund any money.
My suggestion: Buy from some store where your money is safe and where they want return customers.. Think of : if they deliver defective item, what happens?
I would have given 0 stars, if it allowed to.

My second time purchasing from Katy furniture. Both times I’ve had the pleasure of having Aaron assist me. He is very kind and thorough on his explanations anytime I have questions and make sure I am getting the best quality that I want i recommend Katy furniture and Aaron to anyone that is looking to purchase furniture I will be returning and I will be looking for Aaron!

All went well from start to finish...I walked out with what I came for at the price I wanted to pay! The salesman/Aaron was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable of the merchandise... I'll definitely be back and tell others of my experience!!!

Aaron was such a pleasure to work with. He was patient and not pushy for a sale which is huge because I am indecisive. I will definitely be back for the entire family, thank you Aaron for your suburb customer service😜

I went to Katy Furniture to buy my living room set. Julie helped me, she answered all of my questions and suggested the perfect accents. I had a great experience, they have a huge showroom and everything I purchased was available for next day delivery. I highly recommend Katy Furniture in Richmond to anyone looking for new furniture. Don't buy furniture from Katy furniture present in Katy, TX. I have bad experience with their products in less than 8 month of the purchase. The product purchased was Dinning table and Sofa.

Dinning table- Chair handle broken in less than 3 months and Sofa - stitching came off in 6 months and reclining made defective functioning.

They claim furniture purchased from their store is one year warranty. I called them, after the issue started, Customer service representative Ms. Maggie and Ms. Stephenie answered my call but not able give an answer even after two weeks. Their answer is Katy furniture is not manufacturing the products, they purchase from other vendors and provided the information that my sofa purchase manufacture is Affordable furniture.

So please take care before your purchase from Katy furniture and product of Affordable furniture, they are not the manufacturer and they cant give any answer if there is an issue.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE.

I don't even get on review websites but have just to write this review and will on any other consumer review sites. This is the worst costumer service I have ever dealt with in my life, by far. I am still waiting for a couch that I have paid for (including and extra 100 for delivery). I have confirmed the date and delivery time on three different occasions but have been told that I did not confirm when calling asking where my couch is. They do not even try to help once you make your purchase and they refuse to refund my money. You will not save any money buying furniture from here as you may not even get it, and the quality is subpar to begin with. It is one excuse after another and looking at these other reviews this is nothing new. I wish I had read these before I fell for it, just trying to save a dollar, not worth it here.

Service after the sale has been horrible! I purchased in October, furniture delivered a week later. My chair broke after 3 sit ins. Today is Feb 19 problem has not been resolved. They pass you around to "so called managers" & peons answer and want to know how they can help. I have yet to speak to a higher manager after all I have been through! I will never recommend this company EVER. I asked several times for the info to the "OWNERS" but their info has been refused to me. Stephanie attempted to "help" me but lacks the skills to be in customer service. I also talked to Mindy who also lacks skill. I was promised at 9am I
would receive a call to fix my problem, it is now 5:30 PM and I had to call them to get some answers. I have now been on hold for 45 min; every now and then some idiot will pick up the phone and ask me who I am waiting for and I will repeat myself and tell them Mindy, and guess what? Mindy is in a "meeting" then Mindy is with a "customer" now I got hung up on!

Don't waste your time and money. I received wrong color parts on my sofas set. In the store told me to contact manufacturer at customer service. It's one week passed, but nobody answer
