Katy 24 Hr Emergency Center

I went in Aug 24, in horrible pain and vomiting. The nurses made me comfortable immediately, took a CT scan right away and the Dr came in right away and said I had to go to Memorial Hermann Katy immediately - kidney stone blocking tube from kidney to bladder and sepsis had set in, in my right kidney... WOW. Extremely serious and they took great care of me. I'll always go there from now on. I'll highly recommend to all my friends in Katy and near by. Excellent Dr and nurses.

I went there for an urinary tract infection. I was told the visit would be $350.00 after a dipstick and culture on my sample and a pregnancy test ( I am 57 years old) I was told the bill was $460.00 . Since they quoted me $350.00 the receptionist said they would only charge me the $350. I paid and left believing I had paid in full. I was surprised one month later to receive an Additional bill for $900 .00 for doctor services. Not only had they not credited my $350.00 but failed to submit it to my secondary insurance. Next time I'll suffer until I can see my doctor. Had they told me my visit would be almost $1400 for a simple urinary tract infection I would of run like a bunny.
