Katy 1 Movers and Moving

A few fellow agent of mine has used them and will never use them again. One agent had their client use them in order to move to a new home and they ended up loading all of the clients belongings into their trucks and held it as hostage. They wanted a higher rate then what was quoted. And they didn't excep anything but cash! Client called the cops and the cops told them that they should just pay and bring them to court for it. And another case I quote " Someone recommended them to me and they stole my phone. I kept calling my phone and someone would answer and hang up. I reported over and over and tried to get them to compensate me for my phone and the company insisted that they did not take my phone. This was about 6 years ago. I guess they have gotten bolder and began taking more!"

Great consumer assistance. In case you need to relocate, phone them next confer with Daniel. I do not know if he is like this with every customers, all I can say is he was simply the only representative I talked to and I spoke with more then 10 other companies before I completed my decision, Daniel gave me the impression that he genuinely sensitive concerning my families own desires, he worked with me on the payment options, enlightened me about the whole moving situation to the nominal element. Really it was pleasurable and helpful to talk with this mover. Moreover one of the unsurpassed prices I received, the guys he sent was truly implausible. Just got my possessions a few days ago, the actual movers were additionally exceptionally professional plus considerate. You should give them a go, I am relieved I did. Daniel, stood by your promises, and now it is my chance. Thank to you.

Katy 1 Movers used to be under the name Sprint Moving Company. DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THIS COMPANY, I will never recommend this moving company again. Sprint Moving (AKA: Katy Movers) showed up late after they called me twice saying they were around the corner. They showed up an hour and 1/2 late. They damaged some of my furniature and refused to leave my new house until the damage waiver was signed. Who has time to inspect damages 2 minutes after they have unloaded their truck and everything is pilled up in the rooms? Then when I contacted the company about my issues they said they would talk to the crew and get back to me. Never heard another word from them. After 2 months I contacted them again the email response was "You were not ready to move they did not damage anything and the company is closed". Yes Sprint Moving is closed but they have re-opened up under Katy 1 Movers. That statement was untrue he took the word of his movers over the customer never looked into the issue just assumed that I was in the wrong. So please be careful Katy1movers used to operate under Sprint Moving go read the reviews the complaints are exactly like mine. I only gave this company a 1 star because I had to, but they deserve no stars!!!
