Thanks Ed for taking so much time to review and explain all our policies and show us where we could change some coverages to save money, and where you thought we might be under-insured and potentially at risk. Although we only purchased an auto policy for our daughter through your Bristol West affiliate, you can be sure that when our Home and Auto policies come due, you will get our business. Basically you gave me the service I have been paying for with my current S. F. Agent for free, and he only calls me when its time to pay my renewals. To anybody reading this, if you want an insurance agent you can trust, I strongly suggest you give Ed Garza's agency a call!

I first spoke to Aileen who answered the phone and was very nice and very helpful. She took the time to answer my basic questions without trying to "sell" me, although I did need to purchase auto insurance. I met with Mr. Garza the agent after work hours, and he basically gave me an education about liability, property and medical coverages, which going in, I really didnt fully understand. He didnt try to pressure me into more coverage than I needed, but was sincere in recommending what he thought would be best to protect me based on my personal situation after he had analyzed it. He made sure I received every possible discount available, and I could tell he was more concerned about me, than his commission. I will continue to recommend him and his agency.
