The Veranda Salon & Spa

Just tried the Veranda facial for the first time. My daughter and I have been to a variety of spas for facials in Warner Robins. None are as good as the Veranda. It's exceptional for Warner Robins. The skin care specialist is very knowledgeable on different skin types and calming techniques and the facial was very relaxing. Love the old antebellum house atmosphere too.

They sold us a gift card for the amount of $150 for a couples massage in November 2016. They didn't tell us that they haven't had two massage therapists on staff since September 2016. They told us in November that they could do the couples massage and their website advertises it. We called to book the massage and they said that they don't have the staff to do it and refused to refund the gift card amount. They knew when they sold us the gift card for that service that they couldn't honor it and now they are refusing to make it right. Unacceptable customer service and deceitful business. Stay away!
