We have even buying cars from Watson auto wholesale since 2008 and have been very pleased. We have had minor issues down the road but what do you expect, even new cars have defects hence vehicle recalls. Overall I would recommend him to anyone. Keep up the great work providing high quality luxury cars to working people.

I recommended my mother to buy a car from Watsons. By the way, she a normal mother not a car buying specialist. So she and I trusted Marcus to take good care of her and put her into a "reliable car." Marcus the owner sold her a nice looking 2006 Caddilac that had minor cosmetic damage (AS IS) with a "Maintanence Warranty". But TWO MONTHS later the GAS PUMP BROKE, only to find out that the Warranty she had didn't cover it and she paid over $400 to have it repaired. Thinking the troubles was over... NOPE THAT WAS JUST THE BEGINNING. Another month or two passed and one day all of a sudden all fluid just leaked out while she was driving home from a hard day at work. This time it was the WATER PUMP THAT BROKE but luckily the warranty covered it "this time." ($100 deductible) Back on the road and 7 months later a HOSE somewhere behind the engine BURST and she had the car towed again. But now the warranty is expired (12 month/12k miles) even though SHE IS STILL PAYING ON IT. So I had her take it to Conklin Caddilac Dealership to have it repaired and they diagnost her car and brought her a HUGE list of issuses wrong with the car. So she paid another $500 to fix the "hose." Now, feeling like she was sold a bad car, I recommeneded her to take the car back and trade it in for something different. But Marcus told her "He talked to the Finance Company and they said you will have to trade your car and put down $1,700 cash." With my mother knowing her car "appraisal value" in the worst condition is worth $3,500 with her car being in the "fair value" range she said "no." Then went home, called her Finance Company to confirm the info and the Agent informed her that "they did NOT recieve any calls from Watsons Auto Whole Sale and based on your account history, you've NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT and we'd HAPPILY give you a NEW loan on any vehicle." So with all of that being said I definitely would NOT GO TO WATSONS AUTO WHOLESALE IN KANSAS CITY, MO. TO BUY ANY VEHICLE.

Would recommend this lot to anyone
