I had never worked with a travel agent before and it was very pleasant. I was told that they didn't charge a fee because they get payments from the various vendors he works with. With that said, we had several e-mails back and forth because I wanted to ask about several options for hotels and flights and throughout it all they VERY helpful and patient with me. I would go back to them in a second and will be referring my friends to them as well.
Very knowledgeable and willing to help me with me vacation plans to Hawaii. Got me a great deal with low payments too:)
