Glass Doctor was great! Person answering the phone was efficient and the service came fast. Technician was great

Just had it installed. They were able to fix it the same day I called and came to my house to do it. They were also $100 cheaper than Safelite.

They have horrible customer service and their products are cheap. They replaced my windshield and it had a stress crack within hours and they would not come replace it. I now have to go 20 miles to drop my car off and have them tell me whether or not it's covered within the warranty. To top it off I have be there at 8:00 a.m. Brian, the manager in the Kansas office, would not budge. He said a rock could have hit it. Really??? In my parking lot? I came out to my car and it was cracked with out moving may car. If I can keep one person from using this company I will accomplish my goal. Please don't use them. Go to safelite or another company. It may be $20 or $30 more, but it will be worth it for the service you get. I've used Safelite before and never had a problem. I thought I would try to save a few bucks this time and clearly I am paying for the savings now. Pass this information along to your friends and tell them NOT to use glass doctor, please.
