Divine Tattoo Parlor

Divine is fantastic! Russ Quinn is a great guy and he does great work. His facility is clean and he really wants every piece he does to represent how solid his work is. He took my simple idea and added his artistic flair and I love it!! So much that I went back and got another one just because. He cares about others and really wants you to be happy. Thank you Russ for going above and beyond and taking pride in what you do.
