I have been going here for a few years now and every appointment is the same. I have never had to wait so long to be seen by a doctor before. I have had 7:45 a.m appointments and gotten in at 8:30 (when they technically open at 8:00). Dr. Rupp has always been helpful, but he is always booked far in advance and the PA are not friendly. The nurses are not nice and in order to get an appointment with a real doctor, you have to book 2-3 months in advance.

Rupp and Higgins seem to want to see patients by long standing appts. I've seen Rupp for several years and he told me every time if anything came up to let him know and he'd take care of it. When something came up, I was told it would be two months, or I could see a P A. I got the feeling this was standard routine. Once, I waited, waited and waited. Story was he had to do an unscheduled eyelid surgery, that he could expect to spend half a day at his son's dr's office. After the results of his surgery on my leg, I would never let him near my eyes, if I were to go back.

was very happy with my visits Andrew gave me info on skin care options, and was very kind and professional.

I wish they had a woman on staff I have skin tags that have to be removed often and they grow in spots I have to undress to treat and althoug every visit has been professional I would prefer a female to provide my treatments. but other than my personal preference the service and care are excellent.

Wait time is very good and fairly quick. Diagnostics are accurate. Doctors are also kind and helpful with answering questions.
