Complete Nutrition

I LOVE complete nutrition! After reading the other two reviews, I'm really surprised! The first time I walked into the store as a GNC fan, but after seeing the prices, the great customer service, and the great products...how could I not become a CN fan instead?! There are always great discounts going on and the supplements REALLY work/ed for me! I love the S.M.A.R.T. smoothies and I love how I was able to sample them before buying! They mix great with water and are low calorie/high protein. :) Every time I walk in, the guys remember me and ask me how my specific supplements are working and help me with questions about nutrition and workouts. After trying the info. they tell me, I really see results! It doesn't get any better than this and the other two reviews do not do justice at all! Of course, they were both written years ago so things may have changed for the better since then. :)

I agree with the previous review. I actually know some people who have worked at the Zona Rosa store. The employees are not even trained on supplements, and their pay is all commission. The only thing they care about is getting every dollar from you that they can while they can.



Almost all of their products are mislabeled and they were even raided by the FDA recently.



If you want an example as to how they do business, google "DHEA". Complete nutrition sells it for about $60 and will try to make you think it is a steroid! You can get a 2-3month supply of it from any reputable company or website for about $10.



This is a fly by night company that uses flashy product packaging which make over the top promises and a flashy looking store to sell their over-hyped and overpriced junk.



Oh, by the way...who do you think pays the rent for such a flashy boutique store? The sucker customers who don't know any better.

Complete nutrition is a total rip off! All of the products are ridiculously overpriced so the fast talking sales people can offer you great "discounts". Every time I have walked in there looking for 1 item...the salespeople always try and pull a bait and switch and get me on 10 other overpriced products!



They will change the "deal" on you 4-5 times before you are done so you don't even know how much you are spending until they give you the bad news of the real total.



The sales people have little to no knowledge of supplements and what the ingredients actually do. On my last visit the salesperson could only continually tell me..."Take this and you will get jacked", and couldn't even correctly read the supplement facts label correctly on their own product!



The final insult for me was when I found out that they do not take returns on any product unless it is un-opened. So if you buy it and it doesn't work...or worse you have a bad reaction to it they will tell you "Too bad - no returns - but I can give you credit off on another of our overpriced products."



What a joke this store is! This place is a trap for customers who are new to supplements and don't know any better. Do yourself a favor and shop ANYWHERE ELSE but at complete nutrition. It is a COMPLETE RIP OFF!
