A-Plus Pawn & Fine Jewelry

I would be very suspect about the positive reviews here. These are NOT HONEST people and have no qualms about ripping you off. My son and I went to look at a rifle. We got there and it didn't even work. Was broken and the owner said we charge 175.00 for working models that's why it's only 100.00. When I mentioned that you could get new one's for less than 175.00 he laughed and said, "Thank God most of our customers don't know that." I promised him they would after I got home. At least they would know he was aware of his own dishonesty and thought it was funny. NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!

I recently bought a camera lens on eBay from these folks. UPS trashed the shipment (as usual - NEVER SHIP UPS!!!) and has been (IMHO) totally inept in handling the problem. The A Plus folks there have kept a steady stream of emails and phone calls coming to get this straightened out for me and make it right.



It's rare to find folks who really and truly make customer service a priority. A Plus is a real gem and sets the standard very high for customer service and square dealing. I only wish they were in Lexington (where I live) so that I could shop with them more.

Perfect name for this place. A Plus Service, A Plus Price, A Plus Selection, A Plus Jewelry, A Plus Knowledge, all at A Plus Pawn! I recommend them to everyone I know.
