At your establishment the customer is always wrong. Owner will not return calls & hangs up on unhappy customers. Then he flees the establishment. Good luck receiving service from this guy.

Sold washing machine that tore holes in our clothes while being washed. Returned within 30 days and they will not refund our money. Dryer purchased from them also started smoking 7 months after purchase and almost started our house on fire. They will not honor their return policy for the washing machine that was broke when they sold it to us.

What a pleasant surprise this place was! The staff was friendly and very helpful. Within two hours of picking out a dryer it was delivered to my house! A 20.00 delivery fee and they took away my old appliance for free! I love that my old machine will be 'recycled'. I would absolutely recommend this company to my friends.
