Kay Jay Sold me a Samsung Note 4 with a bogus IMEI number, the IMEI that was on the phone sticker was blocked and they played some computer magic and gave me a phone with a spoofed number...after a few months t-mobile figured it out, now I have no service and t-mobile says it's a stolen phone. These people should be arrested for selling stolen property, I basicly paid $390 for a fancy paperweight thats someone elses stolen property.

Comps & Phones by Kayjay Solutions is a joke, lets just say scam. My digitizer went out on my s3 phone, I don't have a ton of money to just go by a new one. I figured I would see how much it would cost. Came across them on Craigslist and saw they charge $159 and under an hour service, by seeing this I called them. They said $160 flat, also that it would be under an hour to replace my digitizer, that was pretty much the same thing that was posted in their ad, give a $1 on the price, no big deal. So, I took my phone in. Once in the store they said under and hour, but it took about 30 minutes longer. They came out and said it wasn't working that was why it took longer, my phone had a case and digitizer. At that point I was impressed and grateful. So, two days later to my surprise the digitizer went out. I have a 2 year old and need to be able to be reached at all times, so this was a huge deal. I e-mailed them, said there wasn't anything they could do sorry. They weren't back up their work. I called and they said to bring it in, so I did. Then they told me since they fixed it, it would only be half price to fix it this time, only two days after they fixed it the first time. That is funny because I paid $160 half of that is $80. Now, they charge $200 for the service. Hmmm. I should not be charged at all. If they had troubles fixing it the first time they should have said man, we tried but we can't fix it. I am not giving them the $100, that would bring me to $260 to fix a digitizer. They take peoples money and can not back up their work. This company is a disgrace to all little business trying to make it. From looking at their website to see if I could make a complaint, or find some other source of contact to speak with someone, well that website is a joke. Testimonials don't work. Gives no information. They have two locations though one off 24th st in KCK and on in Olathe. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL! Take your money and spend it somewhere else.

Are you kidding me? I have been up there 7 times now to get the glass replaced on my Ipad. They told me it would me 24 hours. The next day I got it back, the next day the screen was falling off took it back, they had an excuse. (bad glue) I came back 24 hours later, it wasn't ready, they said they wanted to make sure it was done right. but they would call me once it got there. No call, had to call them. It was ready, I took it home and cleaned all the smudge marks off of it, low and behold, there was now glue finger prints on the inside of the glass... I took it back again, was told 24 hours... 32 hours later I head up there and it's still not ready... Told me it would be another hour and half. So here it is several days later and still no Ipad and they don't care? I told them this is just bad buisness, he said it will be ready and 6:15pm.
