Kannapolis Tag Office

horrible experience . been there 4 times for a simple transfer of a vehicle owned by me as a gift to my daughter. This office has made this a miserable experience. every time I go back they have another form that needs filling out and notarized. I asked the 3rd and 4th time being there if this is everything. well now im going back for my 5th time. incompetent useless dinosaurs there that are worse then any actual state employee. This is a contracted private firm. well then they need to be accountable for their employees. they sure charge you for every little thing in their business. well, I am self employed as well and my time is money. I don't care if it cost me $10,000 in court to cost them it as well. enough is enough its the only way any scumbags as these people understand is by taking the cash from their pockets. well, you have the one guy who will not stop. they act as if you are the dumb one by coming there, so be it!
