        Dr. Kelly is a graduate of Rush Medical College in Chicago, Illinois, and completed residency at Rush University's Medical Center. He trained at Hines Veterans Hospital and Rush Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center. He is American Board Certified in Anesthesia and Pain Management, and has practiced pain medicine over 25 years. He continues to stay on the cutting edge of the most advanced pain management treatment options available. Community Pain offers many different treatment options for our patients. You do not have to live with pain! Our goal is to relieve your pain, improve function and thereby improve quality of life!
